Coveted Portfolio is a slow burn concept that started pre-pandemic and stepped into its true form in late 2023.

Emerging from a background of in-house roles leading public relations and brand strategy for some of the most iconic design hotels in America, Erika realized a need for an agency that skipped over the fluff and went to the unique stories most hotels were not exploring, much less telling.

Then, she went to work, studying the science of design and architecture at Parsons New School. From drafting floor plans to studying materiality and the psychology of design, Erika emerged with a renewed passion for hospitality design and the labors of love involved every step of the way.

Now, she wants to help properties large and small build and tell their story, celebrating the designers, builders, and invaluable staff that bring the design experience to life for guests every single day.

Erika lives and works from Miami and is available for virtual meetings and select travel.
